Connect is the phone side of Circlip. The mechanic opens the car he is on, moves it through the stages, takes photos onto the card and asks the stock room for parts without walking to the desk. The desk sees it the moment it happens.

Three people, one card
The mechanic
Signs in with a PIN. Sees only his cars. Moves each one through Booked in, Diagnosed, Parts, In work, Checked and Ready. Adds photos of what he found. Asks for parts, which land in the stock room as a request.
The front desk
Sees every car and its stage without leaving the counter. Looks up a customer or a plate. Marks a car collected. Knows which bay is free.
The owner
Opens the phone anywhere and sees the yard: what is in work, what is waiting for parts, what is ready and not yet paid.
Synced with the desk
Customers, vehicles and job cards flow both ways between the phones and the front-desk PC. The PC stays the master copy and keeps working if the internet drops.
No app store
Open a link on the phone, add it to the home screen, done. Updates arrive on their own. Nothing to install from Play or Apple.
Coming to Connect
Photo approvals sent to the customer, and automatic SMS when a car is ready. Not built yet; we will say here when they are.

Connect is rented at KES 5,000 a month or KES 50,000 a year, for the whole garage, because it runs on our servers. Founding garages pay KES 3,500 a month, locked for two years. Stop paying and the desktop keeps every record; only the phones go quiet.
